Seerose
In connection with the Hospitality Festival “Gästival” in Lucerne in summer 2015, the Seerose (Water Lily) was constructed as a floating platform. On this platform we developed the exhibition on the topic of 200 years of tourism in Central Switzerland. In nine different wardrobe trunks, it shows important topics that have made central Switzerland the famous tourist destination it is today. On the one hand, the suitcases function as an exhibition with historically relevant information. On the other hand, they serve as a stage set for theatrically performed characters. These tell the guests on the Seerose about their history and the connections between landscape, gastronomy, wellness, tradition, technology and tourism around Lake Lucerne.
